The Maryland SoccerPlex and the Maryland State Youth Soccer Assocation are proud to partner to bring you the 4th Annual Mid-Atlantic Cup on June 14-15, 2008! The tournament is open to recreational teams and classic level teams ONLY. All games will be played at the Maryland SoccerPlex.

Tournament Rules - lists all information regarding team eligibility, roster sizes, and restrictions.
Player Waiver - One form is needed for every player. No photo copies, no scanned copies and no faxes. Forms must be submitted at team registration on Friday evening, June 13, 2008.
Proof of Age - Proof of age is required for all non-carded players and non-carded guest players (copy of birth certificate or copy of passport). If Guest Players are carded, they may use their card as proof of age, however, they may not participate on a team in the recreational division.
Rosters - All teams are required to submit a team roster at team registration (this includes the names of any guest players). All teams and all players (including guest players) must be affiliated and in good standing with their State Association or US Club Soccer. The roster you submit should be a copy of the original roster that was provided to you by your club.
Team Registration Night - All teams that have applied, paid and been accepted, must attend registration on Friday, June 13th. Registration will take place from noon-8:00pm at the Discovery Sports Center. Rosters, waivers and proof of age must be submitted at this time.

Eligibility -
All teams and all players participating in this tournament must be registered with a USSF affiliated member (MSYSA, VYSA, US Club Soccer, AYSO, etc.). If you are unsure about your affiliation, your club can provide you with this information.

Awards - Awards will be given to the first and second place teams in the U13 and older age divisions. All players in the U7-U12 age divisions will receive a participation award.
Hotels - If your team requires hotel accommodations, please call the Maryland SoccerPlex at 301-528-1480 to make arrangements.
Refund Policy - by registering, you have acknowledged that as a condition of acceptance, you team agrees to abide by rules of the Maryland SoccerPlex, MSYSA and the Mid-Atlantic Cup Tournament. You further understand and acknowledge that, if your team is not accepted, the entry fee will be returned in full. You understand that once a team is accepted and later withdraws, the entry fee is forfeited. You also understand that no refunds will be made in the event of a cancellation or shortening of matches due to inclement weather.
Apply On-Line - When registering online, you must provide the name, home phone, cell phone and email address of one volunteer who commits to working a minimum of three (3) hours in support of tournament tasks as assigned by the Tournament Director. Please place this information in the "Pertinent Comments" box in the online form. If applying on-line, you may pay by credit card or check. Checks should be made out to "Maryland Soccer Foundation" and sent to the address listed above. Registration is now closed.
